1. SHIPPING AND HANDLING


SHIPPING COST VARIES BASED ON LOCATION AND ORDER WEIGHT. 


ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DOUBLE BOXED AND PACKED SECURELY TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR ITEMS OR THEIR BOX.

ORDERS WILL SHIP 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR OF YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED. ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAYS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE MONDAY FOLLOWING.



2. RETURNS


THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS. REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER AND NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED VIA THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH THE SHIPPING SERVICE IN REGARDS TO ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS (I.E. ITEMS THAT ARRIVE IN DIFFERENT CONDITION THAN BEFORE THEY LEFT US). WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE DELIVERY SERVICE.
